    • Raised $60K in SAFE from Mindworks VC and Crypto We Search. Incorporated the company, set up EIN, and completed all necessary legal work.

• April 2025

  • Strategic Partnerships & Alpha Release

    • Secured partnership with major clients in social media, campaign and community space. Launched closed beta version with 500 users. Achieved: 10X follower growth, 100X engagement (50+ comments per post).

• Summer 2025

  • Platform Expansion & Monetization

    • Targeting $10K MRR from early subscriptions and enterprise deals. Raising a pre-seed round of $500K to hire 1-2 part-time engineers and scale infrastructure. LinkedIn platform development with better UI and improved model for persona replication.

• Fall 2025

  • Multi-Platform Rollout & Seed Round

  • Planning seed round of $1.5M-$2M based on traction. Expanding to additional social platforms with unified dashboard for cross-platform management.
